Class Description: Designed for all experience levels. Build long, sleek and lean muscles through strength building barre exercises. Learn more connecting steps, pirouettes, and leaps. You’ll feel stronger after every class and will be amazed how ballet has changed you.
Cost: $15/class or $135 for 10-class card
Beginner Adult Ballet Register!
Class Times: (Level I) Sundays, 9:00 – 10:00am
8 wk session: March 8 - May 10. (No class April 12 and April 26.)
Class Description: This beginner class is for adults interested in learning body placement and basics of ballet. Class is session based so students gain skills and build on their technique. Level II is for students who have completed Level I or have previous experience in ballet and are looking for a refresher.
Cost: $160 for 8-week session

NEXT SESSION: 8 wk session: March 21 - May 16 (No classes April 18.)
Class Description: The Beginner Ballet Pointe class is designed for adults who are interested in expanding their ballet training. This class will focus on the many details of dancing on pointe, and students will work to strengthen their ballet technique with essential barre and center work. Previous ballet experience required; all students will be assessed and approved for pointe during placement class.
Cost: Placement $15. $160 for 8-week session.
Adult Contemporary Register!

Class Times: Tuesdays 8:30-9:30pm
4-week Session: 1/7 – 2/4. No class 1/21.
Class Description: The class explores technical challenges through a mix of classical and distinctive movement vocabularies. The warm up focuses on healthy alignment tailored to individual needs, as well as techniques for increasing strength, stability, flexibility, long lines and mental acuity. The bulk of the class moves through a long phrase of muscular, inventive, textural movement, as well as keen musicality and rhythm.
Cost: 4-week session $60. (Registration required by 1/6.)
